Pork Knuckle Vinegar

Wash the pig's feet and chop into pieces with water;

Boil the eggs in cold water, let cool and remove their shells;

Pat the ginger with a knife, put it in water and boil for 5 minutes;

Pour the vinegar first, then the ginger;

After boiling for 20 minutes, add pork feet and eggs;

Continue to cook for 60 minutes.
