Pork Liver and Spinach Porridge

Take 1 cup of rice with the matching measuring cup of Midea AH original ecological pot

Chopped pork liver

Wash spinach, remove the root, cut into small pieces, and blanch

Wash the rice and soak for 10 minutes

Sliced green onion and ginger

Add 9 cups of hot water to the stone gall and pour the rice

Select the "Porridge" program

When the countdown is 8 minutes, add spinach, pork liver, green onion, ginger, light soy sauce, and a little pepper

The porridge is thick and fragrant. After serving, add a little sesame oil and salt and stir well.
Tips:
1. The oxalic acid contained in spinach inhibits calcium absorption, so be sure to blanch the water before putting it in the pot
2. The pork liver in the recipe is cooked by me with salt water. You can buy raw pork liver in the same way, or you can buy cooked pork liver.
3. The ratio of porridge to rice is 1 part of rice to 10 to 12 parts of water. Water should be added in place at one time, and no additional water should be added in the middle.
4. For other pots to boil porridge, first boil water, boil the rice under the water, and simmer on high heat.
