Pork Liver and Wolfberry Noodle Soup

Rinse the liver under the tap for 10 minutes to wash; cut into slices of equal size for later use

Soak the cut liver in clean water for 30 minutes, and change the water repeatedly until the water is clear to completely remove the remaining liver blood and bile poisons

Put in the egg white; the meat is smooth and tender. Put in the cooking wine to avoid fishy. 1 scoop of Knorr chicken powder seasoning

Add 1 tablespoon of salt

Add starch and tender meat powder

Tips:
1. Pig liver contains high cholesterol and is not healthy for the cardiovascular system. Patients with high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, high blood lipids, and high blood cholesterol should control the consumption of pig liver and not eat too much at one time.
2. The heating time of pig liver should not be too short. Can not kill certain bacteria and parasite eggs in pig liver.
3. Avoid taking the same with vitamin c. The content of copper in pig liver is relatively high. It combines with vitamin C to make vitamin C lose its original function.
