Pork Liver Broth

Soak pig liver in water for at least one hour to remove blood water

Prepare seasoning packets, green onions, ginger, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, two-flowered pork, rock sugar, and small red peppers.

Cut pork liver into strips for later use, and cut small red peppers.

Add appropriate amount of cold water to the pot, add Erhua Pork, sliced ginger, garlic cloves, Wang Shouyi stew, and shiitake mushrooms. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer slowly until the meat is fragrant.

Add small red peppers, pork liver, simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, add salt, and season with light soy sauce.
