Pork Liver Spring Vegetable Soup

Peel the ginger and slice it for later use.

Wash the spring vegetables and cut into small pieces for later use.

Wash and slice pork liver, marinate in cooking wine for about 10 minutes.

Pour a little oil into the pot and burst the ginger slices first.

Pour in the liver and stir fry.
