The mother-in-law’s family will cook meatball soup during the New Year. Because of its lightness and sweetness, my uncle’s family often makes hand-made meatballs. The meat is basically not cut. The meat is directly beaten with a stick and starch is added. The meatballs that come out are very Q-bomb. Because I was not in my hometown, I bought the pork meatballs with scallions, but I didn't expect that the texture was also very good. A 1/4 small box of Knorr Soup Po is added to the soup, which tastes very fresh and sweet.

Ingredients

Pork Meatballs and Radish Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the radish into 1cm thick slices

2. Put the water and radish in the pot

3. Add red dates and goji berries

4. Add Knorr Soup Bao, I used mushroom soup flavor

5. After boiling on medium heat, simmer on low heat until it becomes translucent

6. Add pork balls with chives, boil and simmer for about 5 minutes

7. All the meatballs can be enlarged and floated
