Pork Noodle

Mince ginger and garlic. After minced the lean meat, add starch and knead it evenly, and a handful of soba noodles.

Heat in a pan and stir-fry the fragrant ginger and garlic with oil and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the color changes, put a little light soy sauce and remove it immediately and set aside.

Add water to the pot and boil.

Put in the amount of soba noodles that suits you.

After the fire is boiled, there is no white heart in the middle.
7.
Fish out immediately.

Rinse the noodle soup into the pot. Add the minced meat and it's ready to eat.
Tips:
The noodles will break after cooking for a long time. It doesn't taste chewy. Time has to be measured by yourself, and you can pinch the noodles to see the white heart in the middle.
