Pork Pasta

Boil the water, add the tomatoes and cook until the skin is cracked, add cold water, and peel

Then, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and set aside

Cut lean meat into minced meat, dice shiitake mushrooms, onion, and parsley, chop garlic into puree, set aside

Boil the water, add the pasta, cook until soft, remove, and set aside (you can add an appropriate amount of olive oil and stir well to prevent the noodles from sticking together)

Heat up the oil pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant; add the meat, mushrooms, onion, and parsley in turn, stir fry until fragrant, add the tomato and simmer

Simmer and cook until juice comes out, add salt, sugar and soy sauce to taste

Pour the sauce evenly on the noodle plate, finish
