Pork Potato Curry

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the pork into small cubes and marinate in a bowl with salt and cooking wine. (Be sure to put less salt)

Cut potatoes, onions, and carrots into small cubes.
4.
Put the pot on the fire, add the oil in the pork and fry it until it is cooked.

Add potatoes and fry them.
6.
Add onions and carrots and stir fry.
7.
Add pork and potatoes, pour in boiling water and boil for about 8 minutes.
8.
Break the curry into small pieces.
9.
Put it in the pot.
10.
Collect the juice over the fire and get it out of the pot.
Tips:
Be careful to keep moving with the shovel when you are out of the pot, and don't mash it.
