Golden Curry Tofu Chicken

Prepare tofu, chicken, curry, onions, and green peppers.

Cut curry and tofu into small pieces and set aside.
3.
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices in advance; cut the onion and green pepper into small pieces for later use.

Pour the light soy sauce into the chicken slices.
5.
Mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Heat the oil in the pot and pour the tofu.
7.
Fry until slightly yellow, set aside.

Saute the onions with the remaining oil.
9.
Pour in chicken slices, smooth and loose.
10.
Pour in tofu and stir-fry evenly.
11.
Pour an appropriate amount of cold water along the side of the pot and bring to a boil.
12.
Add curry and stir fry evenly.
13.
Cook until the soup thickens.
14.
Pour the green peppers and stir well.
15.
Put the cooked curry tofu chicken into a bowl and serve.
