Pork Ribs and Carrot Pot

1. Wash the radish.

2. Cut the radish into pieces.

3. Soak the ribs in water.

4. The soaked ribs are blanched for later use.

5. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot.

6. Pour in the ribs and stir fry, add garlic and star anise and stir fry together.

7. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, rice wine, stir fry for 2 minutes.

8. Add enough water to boil at once.

9. Put the cut radishes in the casserole.

10. Pour the boiled ribs soup into the casserole and put a chopstick on it.

11. Cover the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat for 30 minutes.

12. Finally, add some salt and greens, and turn off the heat when the greens are cooked.
