Pork Ribs and Cordyceps Flower Soup

Prepare all materials first;

(Lazy method) Soak the cleaned ribs in boiling water, and stir the bleeding with chopsticks;

Pour out the blood, rinse the ribs with cold water, and drain the water for later use;

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot to boil, add red dates;
5.
Add appropriate amount of ginger and cook for 3 minutes;

Add cordyceps flower;
7.
Pour the ribs and bring to a boil over high heat;

Turn the heat to a low heat and cook for about 90 minutes, then add an appropriate amount of salt.
Tips:
The bloody water is removed from the ribs, and the soup is clear, which makes the taste better. The soup from the beautiful Cordyceps flower is very sweet and tastes better without seasoning.
