Pork Ribs and Cordyceps Soup

Wash pork ribs

Put the cooking wine, scallions and ginger in a pot

Bring to a boil on low heat to remove the blood

Tips:
1. Cook the ribs in advance to remove the blood water, which can make the final finished soup clearer;
2. Cordyceps flower should not be boiled for a long time, just put it in 10 minutes before it is out of the pot;
3. Putting the salt after the soup is done can reduce the intake of salt.
