I didn’t want to stew the ribs soup because I saw an elderly mother-in-law selling lotus roots on the corner of the street at the vegetable market. The lotus roots were not in good shape and dry, but I think my mother-in-law is old and still selling vegetables in the cold wind. , So I bought two lotus roots. After buying the lotus roots, I thought about not buying a pound of pork ribs and a few carrots to stew the ribs soup.

Pork Ribs and Lotus Root Soup

1. Pork ribs, sliced ginger and garlic

2. Lotus root, carrots cut into small lumps

3. If you want to make a thick soup, first fry the ribs and condiments in a pot for a good taste

4. Stir-fry the ribs and put them in a pressure cooker, then put the carrots and lotus roots in, add an appropriate amount of water, salt, and chicken essence, stir well, and simmer for about 20 minutes.

5. Simmer for 20 minutes and it's ready to eat!

Tips:

It is not necessary to add a thick soup to make a thick soup. Stir fry the condiments in a pot and add water to stew it to become a thick soup.
