Pork Ribs and Lotus Root Soup

Pork ribs, sliced ginger and garlic

Lotus root, carrots cut into small lumps

If you want to make a thick soup, first fry the ribs and condiments in a pot for a good taste

Stir-fry the ribs and put them in a pressure cooker, then put the carrots and lotus roots in, add an appropriate amount of water, salt, and chicken essence, stir well, and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Tips:
