Pork Ribs and Lotus Root Soup

Chopped ribs and wash,

Wash lotus root and peel.

After peeling the lotus root, rinse it well and cut into large hob pieces.

Put a little oil in the pot, add ginger and stir fragrant, then add the ribs, and stir fry with cooking wine.

Put the lotus root pieces in a sand crock pot.

Then put the fragrant pork ribs.

Add enough boiling water at a time, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on medium and small heat. (about 1.30-2 hours)

Simmer until the lotus root powder is rotten and add salt.
9.
Sprinkle some pepper out of a crock pot and it's ready.
