Pork Ribs and Taro

Marinate ribs with sesame sauce.

After adding sesame sauce, knead the ribs. Add soy sauce and salt. Knead it again, and be careful of the bones of the ribs. Then put it in the pot and steam for 20 minutes.

Cut the taro into pieces and set aside.

Mix the taro with salt and put it in a bowl. Put the steamed ribs on top. The steamed ribs have a lot of broth, so pour them together. Put some green onions on the noodles. As shown in the figure. Steam for another 12 minutes.

When it's out of the pot, the taro has absorbed the soup from the ribs and tastes great.
