Pork Ribs and Yam Soup

1. Prepared ingredients.

2. The water in the pot is boiled and poured into the ribs nao water, there will be some dirty bloody foam. Remove the water to rinse the scum.

3. Put the ribs and ginger into the casserole.

4. Add boiling water all at once.

5. Bring to a boil on high fire.

6. Use a spoon to remove the froth on the top.

11. The yam powder soup is light and not greasy.
