I usually cook pork ribs in soup at home, but if the cooked soup tastes good, the ribs are not tasty. It doesn’t taste and tastes bad, but it’s a pity to throw it away, so I want to get it out this time. Let's stir-fry with this cabbage. If it is not delicious, it will be more fragrant than the individual stir-fried cabbage, because the ribs will also have flavor after adding the seasoning, which is okay. In this way, spare ribs left over from the soup will not be wasted, and cabbage is much more delicious than vegetarian dishes.

Pork Ribs Braised and Stir-fried Cabbage

1. Remove the ribs after boiling the soup and drain the water

2. Wash the cabbage and cut into thin strips

3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the fragrant garlic

4. Pour the ribs and stir fry until fragrant

5. Add a spoonful of Zhu Hou Sauce and stir to evenly taste

6. Pour the cabbage into the pot and stir fry

7. Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft and add some salt

8. Add a little chicken essence

9. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce before the cabbage is out of the pan

10. Pour in an appropriate amount of vinegar and stir evenly

Tips:

Both oyster sauce and vinegar should be added just before the pan is out, it tastes bad if it is put early.
Zhu Hou sauce has a salty taste, so put less salt.
