Pork Ribs Grilled Thousand Knots

Thousand sheets of knots are blanched with boiling water, and the ribs are blanched for later use.

Pour oil into the pot, add ginger, garlic, star anise, green onion and fry until fragrant

When the ribs are in, put the dark soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, and stir-fry until it is sticky. Pour in boiling water to cover the ribs. After the water is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.
