Pork Ribs Hazel Mushroom Soup

Soak the hazel mushrooms in clean water, wash them, peel the carrots and cut into large pieces.

Cut the ribs into large pieces and set aside.

Bring all the ingredients to a boil with water, simmer for an hour, then add salt to taste.
