Pork Ribs Potato Soup

Cut the pork ribs into pieces, wash them, put them in a pot, pour cold water and boil over high heat, skim off the foam and remove them for later use.

Pour in pork ribs, cook in 5ml cooking wine and saute until fragrant

Tips:
During the cooking process, the amount of water will be slightly reduced. The concentration of the cooked ribs soup is very high.
