Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs, drain the water, add salt and white pepper and marinate for a while

Use boiling water for the soup!

Cut the ginger into two slices, and cut the carrot into hob pieces! Peel the lotus root and cut into pieces with a hob! Cut the corn into small pieces!

Add oil to the pot, pour the marinated ribs into the pot and stir fry over high heat! Add the right amount of cooking wine to get rid of the fishy!

Fry the ribs until the flesh is white and pour into a ceramic or casserole! I use WMF's Naicai rice pottery steel pot! Add hot water to the barbecue!

Add the prepared vegetables to the pot! After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer slowly!

Pick the chives and cut into small pieces

After simmering for 2 hours, turn off the heat! Add the chopped chives!
Tips:
Add more water! Do not add water in between! Be sure to simmer slowly! The meat tastes soft! The soup is salty and fresh and the sweetness of the vegetables! This season is very suitable for drinking such soup!
