Pork Ribs Soup

Soak the ribs in water for 15 minutes

Add a small amount of cold water, plug in and blanch

Once rolled away, unplug the power supply, let it get more stuffy for a while, then pour it out and wash it.

Wash the spare ribs into the pot again, add appropriate amount of water, green onion and ginger slices

Close the lid and pressure valve of the electric pressure cooker, turn on the power, and turn it to the meat

Tips:
1. Buy fresh spare ribs, it is best to soak for a while, you can soak the excess blood
2. The ribs need to be blanched before simmering in the soup, and the excess blood can be blanched.
3. When stewing the soup, no other seasonings except green onion and ginger can be used, and it will be more nutritious when you eat it.
