Pork Ribs Stewed Potatoes
1.
The ribs I bought a few days ago, this time I bought pure ribs, so I decided to stew the potatoes and use water to dissolve them.
2.
Boil it with water, defoam and cook until it is 80% cooked. If you have a pressure cooker, it will be easier~ I’m a lazy person and I use a pressure cooker. Pressure cooker for 25 minutes
3.
Peel two potatoes at the same time, cut into pieces and set aside
4.
After the ribs are blanched, take them out and mix them with Haitian Douban Paste until it tastes. It takes 5 to 10 minutes. I like Haitian Douban Paste. It tastes right and has large beans.
5.
Fill the pan with oil, add the shallots and garlic to the pan, then add the potato pieces and fry for a while, and fry for a while with oil
6.
Stir-fry the potatoes, add the marinated ribs, add some soy sauce and pepper to taste, add the ribs soup just boiled and stew
7.
The potatoes will be ready in about 10 minutes, and the ribs will be ready. If the soup is still big, put the soup on a high heat, add flavor and salt to taste ~ out of the pot, steaming.
