Pork Scallion Buns

Add the minced pork, chopped chives, salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, and mushroom dark soy sauce, mix well, and let stand for 30 minutes.

Tips:
The meat filling depends on the taste of each company. Our family does not like to eat too mixed, but likes to eat pure flavor.
Pay special attention to the second serving in the steamer, and the time should not be too long, as it will affect the taste too much.
