Pork Shepherd's Purse Dumplings

Wild shepherd’s purse haha, other vegetables grown in the greenhouse grow together. Choose clean, wash it a few times, copy it with hot water for a few seconds, and remove it to control the water.

Chop the shepherd’s purse, add some salt to control the water and wring out. After wringing out, chop the pork belly, fry two eggs and chop up, then beat a raw egg, add the right amount of flavour and salt and stir clockwise, taste it for yourself
