Pork Tenderloin in Sour Soup

Ingredients: Pork loin, Pleurotus eryngii, winter bamboo shoots and sauerkraut

Change the above ingredients to slices with a knife. Do not cut too small. The meat slices are smashed with egg white cornstarch and salted rice wine for 5 minutes.
