Pork with Dried Vegetables and Plum

Cut the pork belly and wash, and soak the dried plums in water in advance.

Onion, ginger and garlic dosage

Tips:
1. If the amount of rock sugar is small, you can use the old extract color.
2. The dried plum has a salty taste. Soy sauce was used in the fried meat before, so you don't need to put salt in it. If the taste is heavy, you can put a little oyster sauce to improve the taste.
