Pork with Dried Vegetables and Plum
1.
Put the washed and cut pork belly in a pot and cook it to burn off the blood and fishy smell. After it is boiled, remove the floating foam and pour dry water.
2.
Then put in water and start cooking the plums (the dried plums here are better to be soaked in clear water, so that they will be more delicious when cooked)
3.
When the water is about to dry, it is almost done. Put the cooked dried plums in a bowl, add a little salt, chicken essence, cooking wine and brown sugar, and start steaming, about 15 minutes.
