Pot Razor Clams

Wash the razor clams and raise them in light salt water for 4 hours, then wash and drain the water.

Tips:
When you scald the razor clams with boiling water, you can catch them one by one when you open them. If you don’t open them until the end, you don’t need them. Need to control the heat in the process of frying
