Pot Stickers (fried Dumplings)

Fresh lean meat, chop into meat sauce; chop shiitake mushrooms, mince, pour into a container, add 1 spoon of soy sauce, a small amount of salt, 1 spoon of starch, 2 spoons of water, and mix well.

Tips:
1. Dumpling filling can be replaced with different ingredients according to personal preference;
2. It is best to use a non-stick pan or pan;
3. You can add 2 eggs to the bottom of the pan to spread it all over. I only ate one, so I used one. The amount is appropriate according to the individual;
4. The seasoning can be based on personal preference, such as: sesame paste, hot sauce, chili pepper, etc...
