Potato and Bean Pastry

Peel and slice potatoes.

Steamed in the pot.

Mashed potatoes and put in butter.

Stir well.

Wrap it with red bean paste.

Place it on a baking tray lined with greased paper, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
