Potato and Tomato Soup

Preparation of main raw materials.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small cubes.

Peel the tomatoes, wash and cut into small cubes.

Chop ginger and garlic.

Pour cooking oil into the pot, add ginger, and stir-fry with garlic.

Saute the tomatoes after they are fragrant.

While frying, press with a frying spoon to produce juice.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Tips:
1: Potatoes, tomatoes, cut into small cubes as much as possible to reduce the cooking time.
2: Tomatoes, remember to peel them. Of course, it's okay to not peel it, but the taste is worse.
