Potato and Tomato Stew.

Wash the top of the tomato and cut it with a cross knife, fork the bottom of the tomato with a fork, and cook until the tomato can be peeled.

Cut the hob block for use.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into hob pieces, and soak them in water.

Cut the overnight cake into thick strips.

Chopped green onions, star anise and set aside.

Put star anise in hot oil in a pan, then pour in chopped green onion until fragrant.

Pour in the potato pieces and stir fry until the potatoes are slightly golden brown.

Add tomatoes and fry until thickened.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Season with salt when one third of the soup is left.

Pour in the cake, stir well and simmer for 2 minutes.
