Potato Beef Fried Rice

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into soy-sized cubes, and soak in water for later use.

Cut the cooked beef into diced potatoes, wash the garlic sprouts and cut into circles.

Pour oil in the pan to heat, pour in the diced potatoes that have been dried and stir fry. Add a little water to fry the potatoes.
