Potato Carrot Chicken Soup
1.
Wash the chicken, put it in the pot and stir-fry the ginger (it's more fragrant, my baby doesn't like it when it is stewed)

Wash and dice carrots and potatoes
3.
Put the chicken aside and fry the vegetables
4.
Put a proper amount of water in the electric pressure cooker for 20 minutes and it will be fine
