Potato Chips with Seasonal Vegetables

Dice carrots and broccoli, cook and set aside.

The potatoes are sliced and steamed, crushed into a puree, add diced vegetables, beat an egg, a little flour, and minced meat powder, stir well and put into a piping bag.

Squeeze them into the pot one by one, and then they will be cooked when they float, remove and drain.
