Potato Crispy Shrimp Balls

De-head and remove the prawns and peel off the prawn meat, reserve the tails for later use

Chop the fresh shrimp on the chopping board into shrimp paste

Wash the potatoes, put them in a microwave oven, cover them with plastic wrap that can be used for microwaves, turn for about 8 minutes, take them out, peel them, and press them into mashed potatoes; (the potatoes can also be made into mashed potatoes by other methods)

Add shrimp paste and potato mash, add a little salt, and stir well

With wet hands, take an appropriate amount of potato and shrimp mash and knead it into small balls, and then insert the tail of the shrimp into the kneaded potato and shrimp ball

Then evenly dip the outside of the potato shrimp ball with flour, beaten egg liquid, and then evenly coat with a layer of bread crumbs

Pour oil into the pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil temperature rises, add potato and shrimp balls and fry them until golden brown.
Tips:
After removing it, you can put it on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil before eating, so that it won’t feel greasy.
