Potato Flavor Cookies

Prepare a ripe sweet potato, peel it and grind it into a mashed sweet potato.

Pour the whole wheat flour, black sesame seeds, salt, and baking soda into the mashed sweet potato with chopsticks to form a flocculent shape, and then mix it into a dough.

At this time, the dough is a bit wet. Roll the dough into strips and cut out one by one, with any size.

Then press them into small pancakes by hand (the thinner the better). Put it into the microwave tray, poke holes on it with a toothpick, and brush with egg yolk liquid. Let stand for ten minutes to let the flour loosen.

Put it in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes. (I use 100% microwave mode)

Take out and turn it over, brush with egg yolk liquid, and continue heating for 3 minutes.

Take it out, put it on a plate and let it cool.

This is not the same as the last sesame biscuits. It is not as crispy. It may be because of the addition of sweet potatoes. According to personal preference! I love it anyway (⑉°з°)-♡
Tips:
1. It is also possible to use purple sweet potatoes, depending on personal preference.
2. You can also add oatmeal, cranberries, raisins, nuts, etc. Must be chopped.
3. The firepower of each microwave oven is different, so consider adding or subtracting time as appropriate.
4. You can add time if you like it crisper.
