Potato Fried Rice

Peel and wash potatoes

Diced

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add the diced potatoes and cook until cooked

Shred ginger, mince green onions

Then pour in colored beans (with corn kernels, green beans, and diced carrots) and cook for about 2 minutes, then drain

Pour the right amount of oil into the pan, add the minced ginger and stir fry until fragrant

Add rice and stir fry

Add potatoes, colored beans, salt, and stir well
9.
Add the pickles, (if you don’t have it, you can leave it alone)

Add the chopped green onions and stir well,

Put the pot on the plate, decorate it with green onions and corn kernels, as shown in the picture!

With a cup of milky corn juice, it is very good 😸
