Potato Meatballs

2 potatoes, 20 grams of starch, and appropriate amount of black peppercorns. (Starch can also be replaced with the same amount of flour.)

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, then put them in a steamer and steam them until they can be easily pierced with chopsticks.

Press the steamed potatoes into puree, as shown in the picture. (The thinner the pressure, the better.)

Put the starch in the mashed potatoes, add a little black pepper and half a spoon of salt.

Stir evenly, as shown in the picture. (If the mashed potatoes are relatively dry, you can put a little less milk.)

Knead the stirred mashed potatoes into equal-sized balls, as shown in the picture. (The size is up to your liking.)

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is 50% to 60% hot, put the kneaded potato balls into the pot and fry on low heat until the skin is golden.

Dip it in tomato sauce when you eat it, it tastes very good.
