I just received the Kewpie trial package today. There are so many delicious sauces in it. The first one I tried was the delicious jam. This jam potato ball with glutinous rice flour is both chewy and sweet, so delicious!

Ingredients

Potato Meatballs with Jam

1. Wash potatoes, cut into pieces and cook.

2. After peeling, add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and sugar to knead the dough.

3. Take a piece and squeeze it into an appropriate amount of jam.

4. Close the mouth and round, and complete all in turn.

5. Heat the oil pan until 70% hot, add the potato balls, and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

6. Remove and drain the oil.

7. Cut it open and look at the delicious Kewpie yellow peach jam.

Tips:

1. Don't add too much jam at once.
2. Glutinous rice flour can be replaced with flour.
