Potato Noodle Meat Sandwich

Wash potatoes, steam them, and press them into a puree.

Chop the lean meat into meat spreads, cut the onion into small pieces, and cut the pleurotus eryngii into small pieces, set aside, put the mashed potatoes and flour into a bread machine, add yeast, each into a dough, let stand for 1 hour, ferment to double size.

In addition, use a wok to stir-fry the meat until it is eighth mature. Add pleurotus eryngii and diced grapes and stir-fry until fully cooked to adjust the flavor. Tips:
The mashed potatoes have a lot of water. I dare not add too much flour at first. The flour is added little by little until the dough is formed. This step is more complicated to operate, but it is much simpler with a kneader.
