Potato Roasted Chicken Nuggets

Chop the chicken legs into large pieces, wash them, and simmer in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, and fold cinnamon into sections.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot to heat, add ginger onion, cinnamon and stir fry.

After the ginger and spring onion are fragrant, pour in the boiled chicken nuggets, add soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
