Potato Sausage Salad

1. Prepare the ingredients, pick a little mint leaves from the pot

2. Peel and wash potatoes, cut into small cubes

3. Cook the diced potatoes in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain

4. Cook the peas in the pot, remove them and drain

5. Put a little oil in the pan, add the sausage and fry until 2 sides are browned and cooked

6. Fried sausage slices, it tastes really good, eat a few pieces while slicing

7. Put all the diced potatoes, peas, cherry tomatoes, and sausages in a salad bowl. Sprinkle some crushed black pepper, salt, and mint leaves on the top. Mix well when you eat.
