Tips:
1. If there is bread crumbs, first dip the shrimp balls in the egg liquid, and then cover the bread crumbs, the effect is better. I ran out of breadcrumbs in my house, and I simplified a step before I had time to make it. It's still delicious.
2. Add potato starch to the mashed potatoes, which will not easily fall apart during frying.
