Potato Stew

Wash the rice, put it in an electric pressure cooker, and add water (the same amount as usual for cooking)

Peel and dice potatoes, dice pork belly

Put half a tablespoon of oil in a pot to heat up, sauté the ginger slices and green onion segments on medium heat, remove the ginger slices and green onion segments when they are fragrant, and discard them

Pour in the diced pork belly, slowly stir-fry until the color changes, the oil comes out, drip a few drops of cooking wine and stir well, and pour it out into the cooking pot

Slowly stir-fry the diced potatoes with the remaining oil in the pan until the edges are slightly browned

Pour the diced potatoes into the pot, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and mix well

Press cooking-start the program, after cooking, continue to simmer for ten minutes
