Potato Stew Chicken Nuggets

1. Cut chicken drumsticks and potatoes for later use

2. Boiled Chicken Drumsticks

3. Pour oil in the pot and add a few pieces of rock sugar

4. Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry.

5. Add two spoons of dark soy sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, and one spoon of cooking wine. Add potatoes and stir-fry. Add water. The amount of water covers the food in the pot. Cover the pot and simmer.

6. When the moisture is almost gone, open the lid and stir fry for a while.

7. After the fire has collected the juice, it will be out of the pot.

Tips:

Rock sugar can make the color of chicken thighs look better,

Save some soup before it is out of the pot. The kids love this soup with rice ^^
