Potato Twice-cooked Pork

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and drain

2. Pork belly is half-cooked in water. I didn't pick this piece of meat well.

3. The potatoes are so stuffy that they are soft. I put garlic and cinnamon together, and I also put five-spice powder and pepper.

Tips:

The pork belly must be well cooked, add water, or add some salt or vinegar, depending on your taste. Add star anise cinnamon and cook together for more fragrant. After adding the oil, fry the meat and then stir-fry the potatoes, and then add water. It's actually quite simple.
