Potherb Mustard Stewed Tofu

Potherb mustard thawed, rinsed, drained, and cut into 2 to 3 cm sections

Ingredients soy rot, but no more description

Wash the scallions and cut into diamond-shaped segments

Add vegetable oil to the wok, heat slightly, add the scallions and stir fry for half a minute

Add the water to the pot, then add the potherb mustard and soybean curd to a boil

Tips:
1. After the potherb mustard is thawed, rinse it with water and hold it a little bit to take away some salt. If the soup is weak, add salt again. Don't be too salty. 2. This dish can be simmered longer, tofu and potherb mustard are more delicious as they are simmered
